Service First:  Our number-one priority is to service your building in such a way as to provide you, your company executives, and your managers with peace of mind. This will be accomplished through a scientific and well-managed approach to the project. Daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic services will be provided on time and with professional care and expertise.

Qualified Personnel:   Your building will be in the hands of well-trained, dependable quality-minded janitors, supervisors, and managers.

Back-Up Crews:   In case of employee absence or illness, our auxiliary (back-up) crews are ready to fill in. This guarantees that work will be completed on time.

Employee Incentives:   Employee incentive programs, performance bonuses, recognition programs, and award programs encourage and motivate our employees to consistently do their best.

Uniforms:   Well-tailored, attractive, professional uniforms provide our custodians with added reason to feel good about themselves and their work.

Building Service Inspections:   Daily building inspections will be conducted by the Site Supervisor. Weekly daytime inspections will be conducted by the Account Manager or a company executive.

Log Book:   A log book will be kept in the building for communication between your building manager and our personnel. The log book will provide a written record of requests for additional services, irregularities noted by the cleaning crew, or suggestions offered by your building manager.
